Triple eccentric rotary process valves

We have particularly established ourselves in the segment of triple eccentric rotary process valves with our quality product TRI-CON, which is technically far ahead of our customary products that are only manufactured in Germany. Zwick's rotary process and check valves TRI-CON and TRI-CHECK are in use worldwide. To ensure the best customer service possible we cooperate with many sales partners all over the world.

TRI-CON: Rotary Process Valve

The construction of TRI-CON guarantees the optimal position of the laminated seal against the seat so jamming due to thermal expansion is eliminated. The disc is keyed to the shaft not pinned, providing balanced torque transmission and eliminating the danger of pins shearing off. The strong disc with its eliptical supporting surface offers the best fixing of the lamination. Bubble tightness is given as a result of the special machining of the lamination and the optimal position of the bearing also reduces the risk of the shaft bending. TRI-CHECK: Metal-seated check valves

The TRI-CHECK valves are equipped with drop weights and hydraulic dampers to achieve best function properties.
