Marine and offshore incinerators for waste oil and solid waste incineration

TeamTec is the world leading manufacturer of incinerators with more than 8,000 units sold since 1972. Our incinerators are sold for the marine and offshore market, but also for some land based activity like power plants, mining and holiday resorts - for both waste oil and solid waste incineration. Our construction is compact, simple, efficient and reliable, and complies with IMO and the major marine class societies, including USCG. All models are automatically controlled by its PLC in which ensure an extremely low fuel consumption. Also available are containerised or skid-mounted solutions. Our wide range of state-of-the-art models are often the customer's first choice for incineration.

TeamTec incinerators are of a modular construction. They can, if required, be delivered as an equipment package (flat-packed) for assembly in the required location on board. No part is too big to be transported through a normal door opening. The refractory is also delivered as self locking modular blocks, for easy transport and assembly. TeamTec can therefore offer the perfect retrofit solution.

TeamTec stripping ejectors

With in-house casting and production, TeamTec is a reliable, flexible and trustworthy supplier of ejectors for all kinds of stripping purposes; cargo tanks, ballast tanks, cargo holds, engine rooms, etc. Our liquid-driven jet pumps are made from a high-grade bronze alloy with a monel or AISI 316 nozzle with up to 20 years warranty. After nearly five decades of perfecting the design and the use of more than 70,000 ejectors on ships, we can provide top quality advice and sizing expertise. Upon request we can also supply ejectors made of stainless steel or super duplex.

TeamTec fire-rated windows and bullet-resistant windows

The TeamTec safety windows are available as A-0, A-60 or H-120 fire barriers, or even as A-60 side scuttles. Suitable for both cabin and wheelhouse use, they provide superior optical quality and sound reduction (up to 64dB). The windows feature external blast-proof glass which meets the strength requirements specified in the load-line convention, and offer simple, time-saving installation.

TeamTec also supplies bullet-resistant windows for wheelhouse protection, easily combined with our range of fire-rated windows. Bullet-resistant windows can be delivered for new buildings, as retrofit or as a temporary solution demountable after use. In combination with RPG-resistant mesh, window film protection and barbed tape (razor wire), TeamTec also deliver total passive piracy protection tailor-made to the customer's requirements.
