Oil and gas - yard and fabrication facilities

Semco Maritime are able to supply everything from design and procurement to construction and installation, specialising in solutions and projects for offshore operations. The application of predictive maintenance schemes and our hydraulic and electrical systems are easy and cost-effective to maintain. Our engineers, technicians and operatives are well-trained in health and safety for the oil and gas industry and we offer maintenance and repair.

Telecommunication, fluid systems, modules and steel structures

Semco Maritime are experts in telecommunication, including PAGA, CCTV, TETRA radio and satellite equipment. Our solutions include fluid systems, modules and steel structures. The gas detection and fire fighting systems include SemSafe water mist, CO2, FM200, foam and Argonite systems. We maintain close relationships with both our customers and suppliers of major components.

Manpower for offshore operations

We ensure that our customers get the right people to support their offshore operations – people dedicated to making sure that work onboard rigs and platforms is ongoing and safe. Our manpower division is made up of hundreds of well-qualified people with experience in the oil and gas industry.

Rig upgrade

We offer service, refurbishment and the upgrade of rigs all within an agreed time schedule.This enables customers to have rigs back and in service as soon as possible. Our one-stop total refit facility in Denmark is unique in the Nordic region.

We have taken the same one-stop approach in our facility at Vung Tau, South Vietnam. If a rig needs essential maintenance and repair at sea, we can get the job done without having to halt your operations for long periods.

Energy infrastructure

Semco Maritime can operate and staff your power plant, install transmission lines or runway lights. Projects are run to schedule and budget. We are a supplier-independent global company within energy infrastructure. Semco Maritime can offer an operation and maintenance (O&M) contract, so you can feel confident that your power plant is running smoothly.

Wind power

Over the last decade, Semco Maritime has built up expertise as a multi-disciplined engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor. As an EPC contractor, Semco Maritime delivered the world's first offshore accommodation module. Since then, we have continued to develop the concept to meet the needs of other clients. In addition to the construction of substations, we also design and deliver all necessary electrical equipment. Our in-house specialists operate across every discipline involved in the design of substations. We use computer-generated documents and drawings, and our 3D models help our customers and partners visualise our designs before installation.
