Puttek manufacture pipe clamps, pipe supports and pipe clips for offshore, shipbuilding and energy sectors. We are one of the leading north European support suppliers in our field. Our quality management system has been certified by DNV and all our products are made in our factory in Finland. One of our specialities is Rilsan coating, which has superior qualities compared to many other coatings.

Cost savings with non-welding supports and 1-bolt clamp

By using our non-welding supports you can save up to 35% in pipe line supporting installation costs. You can multiply the benefits by using our non-welding support with different kinds of starting brackets. With brackets you can easily add/move/modify/maintain pipelines.

With 1-bolt clamps you can save 50% in clamp assembly time and reduce the space between two pipe lines. 1-bolt clamps are designed for pipe sizes of 2in (DN50/D60,3) and below. They can also be used for blucher -, insulated - and plastic pipes.

Clamp models and raw material

We manufacture clamps according to your needs for example according to standards NS, DIN, SSG, SFS. The most common raw materials used are carbon steel S235JRG2, stainless steel AISI304 and AISI316 and aluminium. We also manufacture clamps in other materials according your needs.

Rilsan coating

Rilsan coating has almost all the qualities of stainless steel. With Rilsan coating you can use plain carbon steel instead of stainless steel. The temperature range for Rilsan is -40 to +130 degrees. It has many applications in a wide variety of fields where the following characteristics are required:

• Improved resistance to wear and abrasion
• Good impact resistance
• Electrical insulation
• Low surface friction
• Aesthetic surface finish
• Compatibility with food products
• Good hygienic properties

No volatile substances, toxins or odours are released by either the Rilsan powders or the finished coating. Nor is there any pollution created on the coating lines – using Rilsan is thus a good solution contributing to a healthier environment.
