Custom navigation aids and helideck lighting

While Orga Offshore manufactures a variety of standard products, we also have engineers and production specialists creating custom-made products and systems for navigation and lighting applications. Orga Offshore's in-house product manufacturing team consistently delivers high-quality products, thanks to an energy-efficient logistics department, as well as vast production and facility areas, covering more than 4,000m2.

International delivery services

We are closely situated to major roads, airports (Amsterdam-Schiphol and Rotterdam-The Hague) and sea freight (Port of Rotterdam) terminals, allowing us to offer freight-on-board and full international delivery services to customers.

Orga Offshore works closely with customers to develop functional solutions, such as day-night control, flash synchronisation, overvoltage protection, as well as fully-inclusive performance monitoring.

While project stakeholders opt for reliable, long-life products that survive harsh environmental conditions, Orga Offshore understands that they must balance such requirements with the need for safe operating equipment that meets regulatory requirements. When training and on-site support services are required, we have factory-based engineers available to offer installation, commissioning and troubleshooting support.

Offshore and aviation regulatory compliance

Orga Offshore works with regulatory bodies globally and provides systems compliant with:

  • National regulations
  • The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO)
  • Local civil aviation authorities
  • The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA)

The systems Orga Offshore supplies are suitable for installations in a Zone 1 gas hazardous area. There is a calculated battery backup on every navigational aid system therefore guaranteeing the safety of the offshore structure in the event of electricity supply problems.

Regulatory compliant helideck lighting

It is essential that the CAA (UK) recommendations (CAP437 - standards for offshore helicopter landing areas) are followed to ensure safe marking of offshore helidecks in the UK and other countries.

To achieve total safety, Orga Offshore has been working closely with the CAA (UK) and offshore helideck operators for many years. Our work with the CAA guarantees that our helideck lighting products meet the demanding requirements of regulators and clients, as well as environmental conditions. Orga Offshore understands that effective, reliable helideck lighting systems are crucial for safety as they ensure that offshore structures are visible to pilots in all weather conditions. What's more, our helideck lighting products are reliable, modern, low-maintenance and cost-effective.

Regulatory compliant aids to navigation

In order to meet the standard marking schedule for offshore installation regulations, the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change requires three types of marine lanterns: main, secondary and subsidiary.

These regulatory requirements are designed to ensure safe marking of offshore structures and vessels during night and low visibility conditions. With automatic activation and monitoring available, alongside redundancy capabilities and low-maintenance requirements, Orga Offshore is a worldwide leading supplier of both visual and audible aids to navigation systems.
