Universal Well Site Solutions launches UniSkid platform

Universal Well Site Solutions, a provider of automated and wireless well-site production services for coal-bed methane and shale gas projects, has launched its proprietary UniSkid well-site manager.

UniSkid cuts set-up time and ensures operators real-time information that is the foundation for increased production and profits, according to Universal Well Site Solutions.

The UniSkid platform reportedly allows customers to determine what additional well site equipment they would like to include in their design. Separators, gas measurement, water measurement and communication devices are primary options owners can include in their customized UniSkid.

All UniSkids are fitted with an operator interface that can be manually programmed. Communication antennas are another option to enable information transfer from the well-site to an operator's computer anywhere in the world.
Cathy Conner, chairperson and CEO of Universal Well Site Solutions, said: “The UniSkid is designed from more than a dozen years of field experiences. The product will ensure cost alternative for installation, portability, communications and functionality.”

Universal Well Site Solutions claims to have 12 years of experience in manufacturing, designing, marketing and servicing automated wellhead production services. The company’s services include control, measurement, remote monitoring and communications.
