PKN Orlen to deliver crude oil to ORLEN Lietuva

Polish fuel refiner and retailer Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN (PKN Orlen) has entered into an agreement with Gunvor for delivery of crude oil to AB Orlen Lietuva.

The agreement has an estimated net value of $80m.

The total estimated value of agreements signed between PKN Orlen and Gunvor in the period between 22 March 2011 and 31 January 2012 amounts to about $730m.

A previous agreement dated 21 September 2011 is the highest agreement with an estimated value of about $84m.

The agreement was concluded for crude oil deliveries to Orlen Lietuva.

PKN Orlen holds 100% of shares in Orlen Lietuva.
